How it works?

It's as simple as 1-2-3

Start a Filing

From the dashboard, Initiate a New Case or File into an Existing Case. Auto-File enabled accounts will see a new, streamlined document upload screen designed to make data extraction easy.

Upload Your Documents

Simply drag and drop your files into the designated area or click 'Select Files' to choose them from your computer.

Auto-File converts most common file types (like Word, WordPerfect, JPG, etc.) to the court's preferred PDF format automatically. Once you click 'Done Adding Documents,' our software begins filling out your filing using the extracted information.

Verify Auto-Filled Information

After extraction, the system will pre-populate your filing details, including the court, case type/number, document types, and party information.

Just verify all extracted information for accuracy, making any necessary edits or adding additional documents and parties as needed.
